CGC can provide a number of CAD solutions for a range of clients including:

    • Professional building envelope detailing for permit application purposes.
    • Drafting/detailing for structural engineers (detailing for wood frame, concrete, and steel construction).
    • Shop drawings for manufacturers.
    • Sport Event drafting/space planning.
    • As-Built floor plans (interior/exterior) & site measuring for realtors, home owners, contractors.

 

Building Envelope Details

CGC provides just building envelope details on a per project basis as well as full set working drawings for permit purposes, compiled to meet current BC Building Code edition and all local building bylaws.

Shop Drawings

CGC provides shop drawings for manufacturers of awnings, glazing partitions, roll shutters, and blacksmiths.  In addition we provide isometric component assembly/installation drawing and technical illustrations for product manuals or product conceptualization.

Sport Event drafting

CGC provides sport event overlay drawing packages for various event types. Previous sport event experience includes 2010 Winter Olympic Games, FIFA, and FIBA.

As-Built Drawings

CGC provides custom interior/exterior as-built floor plans and elevations for home-owners, realtors, and contractors. We can also provide laser measuring and conversion of PDFs/blueprints to AutoCAD files.
